AGILE LEADERSHIP—Navigating the World: Connecting the Global Economy
Washington, DC
October 11 - 13, 2009
Beijing & Shanghai, China
October 13 - 24, 2009

Whether continuing to China or ending the New Leadership America 2009 in Washington, DC., participants will gather valuable information from Washington officials on the state of the economy by the beginning of the fourth quarter. They will hear what is working and what is not working. Most importantly, they will have an intimate look at how the national and international financial and political climates affect the industries and organizations represented by the class members.

A presentation of The Women's Museum: An Institute for the Future, this overseas session will feature an incisive look at China's economy and its ever-expanding impact in the global marketplace. The agenda will provide unequaled opportunity to connect with women leaders in a country whose destiny is inevitably intertwined with our own.

The interaction among women leaders in China and the US will heighten global awareness of where and how our agendas coincide, open opportunities for agile, connective leadership in a rapidly changing world forum, and create a global women's leadership network.
